Sorry for the delay, but we will try to send Newsletters more often to help you with your health and Inner Resource Development. The New Book concerning the ACIO and our connection to them, has been delayed and stopped by us for publication to the public by the advice we have received from our extraterrestrial family. This is to not wake up the sleeping bear, i.e. the negative – destructive forces and entities (beings) whose world is collapsing on Earth.

We will put the book content, which consists of over 300 pages, on the members’ page where it will be available to our regular members and not to outsiders. Our entire planet (earth), our society, as well as its civilization will undergo a comprehensive process of change within a shorter period than we have been aware of so far.

The rapid restructuring process that is taking place on earth, in nature, in society and within humans, only includes a 5-year period. We have received this information from the highest council of the Andromeda galaxy. Solar storms have increased significantly, which means more powerful and faster energy impact on the earth from the sun, which in turn, in addition to all the chaos it creates in the world, in society, shakes every person (individual) to their foundations. This means that the more thoughts and feelings we have stored, repressed within us, the greater changes we will face, be exposed to during this 5-year period.

Therefore, it is important for all of us to have access to certain tools that make it easier for us to experience what is new or unpleasant, as problems or sufferings of various kinds.

Those who cannot cope with these changes or transition period, will automatically leave the earth and continue their development somewhere else, on another planet, whose vibration is in symbiosis, resonance with their own frequency.

Therefore, the UNIFIER (Ann-Sofie & Sandor) has chosen not to leave the AIC or the planet Earth as planned, but to continue to assist those people (star seeds), those who have awakened or are still asleep with all the help they need for their continued development here on Earth. This they cannot achieve anywhere else within the Multiverse than on Earth.

The UNIFIER (Feminine & Masculine) form has also begun its biological restructuring in order to maintain its biological form in such a state that makes it possible to remain here on Earth to assist the fellow sisters and brothers within the AIC.

Prof. Dr. Sandor Markus, doctor of science in anthropology, has dedicated his whole life to help people with their health and inner resource development.

Ever since Prof. Dr. Sandor Markus came out with his first book “From Barbarism to Superconsciousness”, in 1993, he has emphasized that we as individuals and civilization must elevate our consciousness to a higher quality multidimensional quantum (soul) consciousness level. How many of us have done or are doing this?

Taking advantage of the Energetic Constellation, Reality

How many who follow this trend is crucial for how we ourselves and our civilization will find our self to exist in the future.

On a higher qualitative level, we are all one and on a lower qualitative level, we are separated, divided with differences, schisms, conflicts and in the worst case, we war against each other. On a high qualitative level, we as different extraterrestrial human species can socialize, interact and develop with our gained diversity. This is what is special about the earthly experiment – that we are doing this. This is hardly happening anywhere else in hyperspace right now – it is happening on the planet Terra (Earth), and we are all part of this. The choice is in our own hands.

The energies that our solar system is in right now are putting everything on edge. The energetic compositions that we have individually programmed for ourselves throughout history are now given the opportunity to be deprogrammed to a much greater extent than before. Our solar system is in a huge energy bath of different varieties, and we really have to keep the deprogramming process going because now we automatically get the most help with this. We definitely have to start our inner liberation process if we haven’t done this already.

Many people experience that they are stuck in a bad mood or anxiety that they haven’t felt before. This is completely natural because we have suppressed feelings and thoughts that have been trapped in our mental and emotional housings. These thoughts and feelings belong to the lower qualitative level of energy, which of course are affected because the energy quality of the earth is gradually changing from the increased influence of the sun.

If we want to leave all the sufferings and troubles behind that have their origin in the lower level of energy (ELF field), then we must understand that a higher qualitative energy has a strong impact on our entire being that we have been used to living in for millennia. This has caused all the different kinds of troubles that we have suffered life after life. Therefore, no type of symptomatic treatment can free us from our problems if we are not willing to get rid of the underlying cause. This applies to both mental (psychic), emotional or biological (physical) problems of various kinds.

We have inflicted our programming on ourselves through thousands of years of stay on this planet, when the energy was low and especially during the now ended Iron Age (Kali Yuga), where conflicts within and between us, countries and continents raged one after the other. This has given us many lessons which have been programmed into us for better or worse, built as polarities, as energetic matter.

We must now deprogram these shadows so that our energy can once again flow unhindered, and not give pressure on problems. Deprogramming these is the most important thing we can do at all now. Despite this, the majority of society’s inhabitants are completely unaware of this. We automatically choose whether to develop or not – since it is already written into our development plan, where we are on the path in the universe’s classrooms constantly advancing. We are all somewhere in the infinite school of life, in different classrooms.

Developing toward higher qualitative consciousness is an enormous satisfaction. But prior to this we must ensure that all limitations in the form of thoughts and feelings are deprogrammed. We will then see existence, the universe multi-dimensionally, with a lot of energy and no physical, mental or emotional limitations or obstacles. We become free to go wherever we want in the cosmos, towards new adventures if we want.

The development work means that we encounter obstacles within ourselves that we must overcome. The energy makes it easier to dissolve the different energetic states that we have programmed for ourselves throughout history, and this can cause us pain, emotionally and physically – but we must deal with it, and get through. The more energy we have, the more we feel the developing process.

We may feel that we are stuck in some state and that we cannot force this energy obstacle that is in the way. A whole package of energetic blockages can be in the way of the energy flow. This can be difficult and painful and give us the feeling that we are not developing as we want…

But it is of utmost importance to be persistent and purposeful in our development and to take help from meditation and other health-promoting energetic measures behind the membership login, which help us further in our cosmic development. We must not despair but instead work on it continuously, knowing that we will get through it all, because this is the most important work we can do now. Not only for ourselves but also for our entire environment…

..because everything we ever do affects all life in the entire Multiverse..

Why do we need to exercise?

Without our own participation, we can never get out of the situation that we ourselves have created for ourselves, contributed to. The majority of us blame everything on various circumstances, on others besides ourselves. We see ourselves as victims rather than the one who has caused our own sufferings. Jesus said: Get up and sin no more. But we find it difficult to let go. We do not learn from our mistakes, but continue as if nothing has happened – until fate catches up with us. And then we blame it on others that we have to go through difficulties that we are “innocent” of – if not our relatives, then our neighbors, the state or the world, Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump, Xi Jinping or NATO.

Soon we will start blaming aliens, even though we don’t believe they exist.

It is time to wake up from our Sleeping Beauty sleep and see reality as it is instead of as we think it is.
